Strong Humans

Online Strength Training

Strong Humans is a coaching program that’s all about YOU. It’s for women over who want to feel strong, confident, and capable—inside and out. No more cookie-cutter fitness plans or chasing someone else’s idea of “fit.” This is about finding your own strength, honouring your body as it changes, and moving in a way that feels good.

Whether you're just starting or you’ve been training for years, Strong Humans meets you where you’re at and helps you get stronger for life, not just for a number on the scale. We’re building strength for the long haul, with a focus on sustainability, empowerment, and joy in movement

What’s included

Strong Humans isn’t just another workout program. It’s a whole approach to building strength, confidence, and a healthier relationship with your body—designed specifically for women. It’s about moving, getting stronger, and feeling good, no matter your experience level.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Custom Strength Training: A program that’s tailored to your unique needs, taking into account how your body changes over time and what you can do, not just what you can’t.

  • App-Based Workouts: Sessions delivered through an easy-to-use app with video demos, tracking, and everything you need to stay on top of your progress.

  • Cardio Accountability: Because movement matters, we’ll keep you on track with moderate-intensity cardio to help you stay active and feel your best every day.

  • Education & Guidance: Learn about exercise readiness, recovery, and how to adapt when you’re not feeling 100%. It’s not about pushing through—it’s about smart, sustainable movement.

  • Nutrition Guide: A simple, realistic guide that helps women over 35 nourish their bodies, especially if you want to lift heavy things.

  • Video Feedback & Peer Support: Send me your workout videos for feedback, and get support from other Strong Humans in our community chat.

  • Weekly Check-Ins: Practical, empowering check-ins to help you stay on track and feel supported throughout your journey.

Why should I sign up

Let’s be real: You’ve probably tried a million things—fad diets, quick-fix workouts, and “wellness trends” that left you feeling frustrated, exhausted, and more disconnected from your body than ever. You’ve been sold the idea that there’s a “right” way to be fit, and none of it worked for you, because it wasn’t made for YOU. It was made for someone else, probably someone half your age, who doesn’t have the same life experience, challenges, or wisdom that you do.

It’s time to stop chasing other people’s versions of “healthy” and create your own.

Here’s why Strong Humans is different: This program is about YOU and where YOU are right now. It’s about showing up for yourself, not because you hate your body or want to shrink it, but because you love it enough to make it stronger. To give it what it needs to keep you thriving for years to come.

If you’ve felt lost in the noise of “fitness culture,” this is your place to finally feel heard and supported. We’re not here to push you into some unrealistic body standard—we’re here to help you find what works for your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. And, if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from fitness, I’ve got your back. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’ll be right there with you, helping you build the habits that will last.

Imagine this: no more guilt about what you “should” be doing. No more feeling like you’re failing because your body doesn’t look like some Instagram influencer’s. This is about creating a sustainable, positive relationship with exercise that feels good and works for your life. We’ll work together to build your strength—physically, emotionally, and mentally—so you can feel confident in your own skin, no matter where you are in your journey.

If you’re tired of feeling like a stranger in the fitness world, if you want to make exercise something you look forward to, and if you’re ready to invest in yourself for the long haul, this is your moment. You deserve it.

Strong Humans isn’t just a program; it’s a community, it’s a mindset, and it’s a commitment to YOU. This is where real change happens.

Why we have created Strong Humans

I created Strong Humans because, frankly, I’m tired of seeing women being sold the same tired fitness nonsense. I’m tired of seeing us feel like we have to squeeze into someone else’s idea of what a “fit” body looks like. I’m tired of women being told they have to sacrifice their happiness, health, and sanity just to fit into a mold that was never made for us. The fitness industry has been ignoring us for too long, and I’m done with that.

As women, our bodies are constantly changing—hormones, energy levels, strength—and we deserve fitness that actually works for us. Not for someone who doesn’t have the same life circumstances, and definitely not for someone who thinks a workout is only effective if we’re dripping in sweat and sore for days.

I’ve been there. As a coach, an athlete, and a woman in my own skin, I know what it feels like to constantly battle with your body, to try to keep up with trends that just aren’t meant for you, to feel like you’re not enough because you don’t fit a standard that was never realistic to begin with.

Strong Humans was born out of my desire to create something better. A program where you don’t have to constantly prove your worth or fight your body’s natural rhythms. A program where you can embrace the changes happening, rather than fight against them. A program where strength—real strength—is celebrated, not just the number on the scale.

This is more than fitness; it’s about empowerment, community, and reclaiming what’s ours. It’s about breaking the mold and creating a space where women can show up, be seen, and thrive. Because we deserve that. We deserve fitness that celebrates who we are, where we’re at, and where we’re going.

My first intake for Strong Humans will be limited to 10 places. If you miss this round, we can keep you informed about our next intake through our monthly newsletter.
