What is The Body Happy Project?

A four-week-long body and mind challenge that will incorporate SLAM’s exclusive ‘The Movement’ class, teach you about intuitive eating, and give you tools, resources, and guidance to map a journey toward accepting, honoring, and loving your incredible body.

The Movement

An exercise class like no other where you will dive deep into a physical practise that draws inspiration from Yoga, strength training and conditioning and is aligned with soul-shaking music to allow you to be wholly present in your incredible body and teach you to love, honour and respect it - not punish it. 

You will also get access to Restorative practices, Yoga, and meditation sessions.

Intuitive Eating

Our challenge will give you access to our fully comprehensive ‘SLAM Intuitive Eating Guide

This guide will include tools to support you in your journey towards healing your relationship with food, teaching you how to break free from the negative diet cycle that is at the forefront of our daily lives, everywhere we look.

It includes weekly tasks, talks and support, to map your journey to food freedom.

Self-Love

Loving your body is about so much more than movement and nutrition. It requires deep inner work to allow you to unpack the toxic narrative you have been taught your whole life that teaches you, that you are less than.

Our platform includes tools and resources to help you dive into this work and begin to break free from toxic messaging and conditioning and map your journey to acceptance and love.

 
 

Why we created this challenge?

We are so passionate about supporting people to divorce the toxic relationship they have with diet culture, our mission is to create real actionable change which empowers everyone, not just physically but mentally and emotionally too. We want to be part of a future where the perception of our health isn’t determined by the size and shape of our body! Where our self worth isn’t fed by diet culture! Where each and every person is able to show up authentically and is empowered to love and accept all sides of themselves.

Are you ready to shake things up, improve your strength both mentally and physically and map your journey to self-love and acceptance? 

It won’t be easy - but we promise it’ll be fun and most importantly, worth it!
