We have worked hard to create a community vibe in The Mutha Ship, that is welcoming and inclusive.

Yes, we specialise in Pre and Postnatal exercise, but we are here for all humans, to give you an inviting, non-intimidating workout space where you can work as hard as you like, for whatever reason you like.

Our gym is kitted out with state of the art equipment that is regularly cleaned and we keep our session numbers capped so you’ll never feel like it’s overcrowded.
