Ready to take your strength to the next level? Join our Olympic Weightlifting Training Camp at SLAM, starting Wednesday, February 12th! Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll build a solid foundation in Olympic weightlifting with two powerful lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to improve your technique, this camp is designed to meet you where you’re at.

  • Intermediate Class: Wednesdays at 5:15pm for lifters who have some experience and want to refine their technique.

  • Beginner/Improver Class: Wednesdays at 6:30pm for those new to weightlifting or looking to build on their foundation.

  • Additional program to complete on your own, designed to fit around your SGPT sessions if you’re a member.

  • 12 weeks of coaching and support from a community of like-minded lifters.

  • End-of-camp competition (optional) to celebrate your progress!
